You are ready, if you have…
  • the willingness to participate in our mission to digitize the logistics world by bringing modern solutions to the users, which significantly improve their daily work
  • near-native level of Russian, fluent English and Polish language skills and ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication;
  • first experience in Customer Service or Customer Care will be an asset
  • fast technical comprehension, are comfortable in MS Office Suite, and willingness to learn more
  • high level of organizational skills, pro-activity, and reliability
